One quiet water loop.

The Unit cools or warms the water. The water moves through the Pad. You choose the setting.

Just 0.8 in (2 cm) thick, the Mattress Pad brings temperature control directly to the surface you sleep on.

TEMPERATURE AND MODES

Water settings, your way.

Cooling settings run from 54 to 95°F (12 to 35°C). Heating settings run from 77 to 131°F (25 to 55°C).

These are water settings. The feel at the bed depends on your room, mattress and bedding.

  • TurboRuns at the heating or cooling limit for one hour, then returns to your Custom setting.

Setup & everyday use

Setup takes about 20 minutes: lay the Pad, connect the tubing, fill and prime the system, then choose your setting.

After that, day-to-day control is handled directly on the Control Unit.

Care & maintenance
  • Top up with clean, filtered or distilled water about every two to three months. The Unit alerts you.
  • Run a warm cycle periodically to help keep the bed fresh and dry.
  • Spot-clean the Mattress Pad only. Do not machine wash or soak it.
  • Keep the Control Unit vents clear and tubing free from kinks.

FAQ

A few quick answers.

Does RECONNECT replace air conditioning?
No. RECONNECT works on your bed, while air conditioning manages the whole room. It does its best work in a comfortably cool bedroom.
Is there electricity in the Pad?
No. Water circulates through fine tubing in the Pad. The powered components sit in the Control Unit beside the bed.
Does the Pad change how my mattress feels?
The Pad is 0.8 in (2 cm) thick and designed to stay low-profile beneath your fitted sheet. You may notice a slight change in surface feel depending on your mattress and bedding, but you keep the mattress you already own.
Is there a subscription?
No. RECONNECT is a single purchase with every mode included.
Do I need an app, Wi-Fi or Bluetooth?
No. RECONNECT is controlled directly on the Unit. There is no app or account required, and the system does not rely on Wi-Fi or Bluetooth for normal operation.
