FIRST 100 ORDERS

    Place your order

    First 100 orders are paid pre-orders. Full payment is taken at checkout.

  2. STEP 02

    Your system is allocated

    Your Queen or King system is allocated from the first RECONNECT production release.

  3. STEP 03

    We keep you updated

    The estimated shipping window is shown before checkout. If it changes, we will contact you.

  4. STEP 04

    Track delivery

    Once your order ships, we will send tracking and the latest delivery estimate by email.

Plans change? You can cancel a First 100 order any time before shipment for a full refund. Your 30-night home trial begins on delivery.

WHERE WE SHIP

Contiguous United States.

We currently ship to the lower 48 states. We cannot deliver to PO boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or international addresses.

WHEN IT ARRIVES

Check the carton.

If the carton or product arrives damaged, email info@reconnectsleep.com within 7 days with photos. Keep the original box in case a return is needed.
