GUIDES & MANUALS

Everything you need. In one place.

Setup, controls, cooling, care and troubleshooting without digging through a paper manual.

QUICK START

From box to bed in four stages.

  1. 01

    Lay the Pad

Place it flat on the mattress, textured side up, and secure the corner elastics.

  2. 02

    Connect the Unit

Keep it level beside the bed, leave 6 in (15 cm) of clearance and connect the tubing without sharp bends.

  3. 03

    Fill and prime

Power on, add water when E3 appears and continue topping up until the alert stays off.

  4. 04

    Choose your setting

Select a mode, set each side, make the bed and give the system time to reach temperature.

CONTROLS & SHORTCUTS

Six buttons. Nothing hidden.

What are the six buttons?

From left to right: Timer, Zone, Temperature Down, Temperature Up, Mode and Power.

How do I switch between cooling and heating?

Press Mode repeatedly until the cooling or heating option you want appears, then use Temperature Down or Temperature Up to choose your setting.

How do I switch °F and °C?

Hold Mode for 5 seconds.

How do I switch one side off?

Hold Temperature Up + Power for 5 seconds for the left side. Hold Temperature Down + Power for 5 seconds for the right side.

How do I lock or unlock the controls?

Hold Mode + Temperature Up together for 3 seconds.

What do the modes do?

Custom holds your chosen setting. Turbo runs at the heating or cooling limit for one hour, then returns to Custom. Smart Rhythms, shown as Auto Sleep on the Unit, follows a built-in nine-hour temperature programme.

How do I switch Smart Rhythms Map 1 and Map 2?

While using Smart Rhythms (Auto Sleep), press and hold Timer for 3–5 seconds to switch between Map 1 and Map 2.

CARE & TROUBLESHOOTING

Low maintenance. A few good habits.

Water and refilling

Use clean, filtered or distilled water. Top up roughly every two to three months, or whenever the Unit shows E3. Never fill above the maximum line.

Keeping the bed fresh and dry

Very cold settings in humid rooms can create condensation. If dampness happens only during cooling, raise the cooling setting, use a thin waterproof mattress protector and reduce room humidity where practical.

If moisture appears during heating, the reservoir level drops noticeably, or wetness keeps returning in the same area, stop using RECONNECT, unplug it and contact Support. That can indicate a leak rather than condensation.

Cleaning the Mattress Pad

The Pad is not machine washable. Spot-clean gently with a damp cloth. Do not soak, bleach, iron or dry-clean it.

Draining and storage

Switch off and unplug the Unit, disconnect the tubing over a towel or tray, drain the system and use the supplied air pump to clear remaining water from the Pad. Store everything somewhere cool and dry, away from direct sunlight.

Error codes

E1 means an internal issue. E2 means a fan issue. E3 means the system needs water. E4 means a temperature sensor issue. For E1, E2 or E4, switch the Unit off, unplug it for five minutes and restart it. If the code returns, contact support.
